LetrexAI ("the Service", "we", "us", "our") is owned and operated by Travel Advisers LLC, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LetrexAI accounting and business-management platform, including our website, applications, and related services.
By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
LetrexAI provides cloud-based accounting, invoicing, and business-management tools designed for travel agencies and similar businesses. Features and availability may vary by subscription plan and may change over time as we improve the Service.
You must provide accurate information when registering, including a valid trade license for your business. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Company administrators are responsible for managing access granted to staff members they invite.
The Service is offered on a subscription basis (Starter, Professional, or Business plans), billed monthly or yearly in advance. New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. Unless you subscribe to a paid plan before the trial ends, your account will be limited to Starter-level features and functionality after the trial expires.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the in-app Billing page. If a payment fails, we will attempt to notify you and retry the charge; continued failure to pay may result in your account being limited to Starter-level access.
Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will retain access to your plan's features until the end of the current billing period.
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into the Service, including transactions, invoices, customer records, and documents ("Your Data"). We do not claim ownership of Your Data and will not sell it to third parties. Our use of Your Data is described in our Privacy Policy.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the financial, tax, and customer information you enter. LetrexAI is a bookkeeping and workflow tool; it does not replace the advice of a licensed accountant, tax advisor, or lawyer, and we make no guarantee that outputs (including AI-assisted categorizations) are free of error.
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to other companies' data or to the Service's underlying systems; upload malicious code; or resell or provide the Service to third parties without our written consent.
The Service includes optional AI-assisted tools (such as bank statement parsing) that suggest transaction categorizations based on data you provide. These suggestions are generated automatically and must be reviewed by you before being saved. We are not liable for errors arising from unreviewed or incorrectly accepted AI suggestions.
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or remain unpaid after repeated failed payment attempts. Upon termination, we will retain Your Data for a reasonable period to allow export, after which it may be deleted in accordance with our data retention practices.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LetrexAI and Travel Advisers LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including errors in financial reporting resulting from data you entered or reviewed. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers of material changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
