This Privacy Policy explains how LetrexAI, owned and operated by Travel Advisers LLC ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, and protects information when you use our Service.
We collect information you provide directly, including: your name, email, phone number, company name, trade license number and document, and any financial data you enter (transactions, invoices, credit notes, customer records, case files). We also automatically collect basic technical information such as login timestamps and general usage activity for security and troubleshooting.
We use collected information to: provide and operate the Service; verify your business through trade license review; process subscription payments; send essential account and billing communications; provide customer support; and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal or business data to third parties.
When you use the optional AI bank statement parsing feature, the text or document you upload is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) solely to generate categorization suggestions. This data is processed to provide the feature and is not used to train third-party models on our customers' data outside the scope of providing this feature.
Your data is stored using Supabase (database and file storage) and hosted on Vercel's infrastructure, with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Each company's data is logically isolated using row-level security so that no other company can access it. We recommend you also use a strong, unique password for your account.
Your company's data is only accessible to authorized users within your own company (Admin and Staff accounts you have approved). Our own team does not routinely access customer financial data. In limited cases, our support team may access your data only with a specific need (such as diagnosing a reported bug) and such access is logged.
We use the following trusted providers to operate the Service: Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Resend (transactional email), and Anthropic (AI-assisted categorization). Each provider processes data only as needed to perform its function and is bound by its own privacy and security practices.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for a reasonable period to allow you to export it or reactivate your account, after which it may be permanently deleted upon request or as part of routine data hygiene.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Company Admins can export their own business data (invoices, transactions, reports) directly within the Service at any time.
We use essential session cookies/local storage required for you to stay logged in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
The Service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date, and will make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers of material changes.
